Remembering Mike & Supporting Juan

On January 3, 2025, the world dimmed when we unexpectedly lost a bright light in all of our lives, Mike Froggatt. While traveling in Mexico with his husband and friends over the new year's holiday, Mike tragically died after falling from an extreme height. His loss has left each of us devastated and numb.

Mike brought laughter and a kind smile to everyone he met. He cared deeply for those he loved, and fought for the things he believed in -- from marriage equality, to HIV/AIDS funding and awareness, to racial justice and more. He was the first person to offer to help when someone needed it, and now we can do the same for his husband, Juan.

Beyond the costs of bringing Mike's remains back home from another country, as well as the funeral and memorial costs, Juan recently lost his job in Los Angeles. Our hope is that each of us can give what we can so that together we can be the community that helps to lift our friend in his time of need and help him get back on his feet.
