Mpls Lady Hustlers (4th & 5th grade)

Seeking support for our Girls basketball team. We are creating a go-fund me page on behalf of our 4th and 5th grade girls. We are seeking support to ensure a fulfilling season for these talented young girls who have shown great enthusiasm and dedication towards the sport.

As you may be aware, organizing and participating in tournaments has become more expensive to the lasting impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and other related factors. The rise in cost (355-455 per tournament) has put a significant strain on our expected team fees. (One of the reasons being: Rise in tournament fees to avoid having to handle money at the front door).

Many of our Team members come from hard-working families- some being single parents, and most with a multiple family household. Despite their financial responsibilities, every parent desires for their child to excel and have equal opportunity to participate on this team.

The Lady Hustlers not only provides the girls with an understanding of the game but also nurtures the importance of life skills such as teamwork, discipline and perseverance. Through basketball, they learn about the value of determination, setting and achieving goals and the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. I truly care for these girls and everything they stand for and I want to continue with them for as long as I can (til high-school lol) and even then, help them with college and getting seen in that area. I care for girls and their well being.

We firmly believe that financial constraints should not hinder any child from participating in sports and experiencing the numerous benefits that come with it. Therefore, we are reaching out to individuals in and out the community who share our passion for supporting youth athletics.

We kindly request your support in the form of a sponsorship or donation, which will directly contribute in covering the cost of tournament fees. We will make a significant difference in ensuring that all our girls can participate fully and without any hindrances.
