Update on our story...   Thanks to the public's support, we have been able to pay the veterinarians throughout Middle TN to spay, neuter, and pay for over 1,000 cats since we've begun.  WE ARE SO VERY GRATEFUL TO ALL THE HEROES 
WHO HAVE DONATED SO GENEROUSLY!   10/9/2020

Our story:   In 2013, four friends came across the outstanding needs of the many cats in our community.  We officially
formed the 'Rutherford County Cat Rescue' 501(c)3 non-profit, effective January 1st, 2015.   

We are volunteers and foster based,  who's goals are to decrease the number of unwanted and homeless cats by
spaying/neutering, and provide veterinary care for sick or injured strays, ferals, and pets in need who's guardians are on a fixed income or disabled. 

Our volunteers spend many hours doing TNR,  transporting cats to vets, fundraising,  fostering in our homes, and finding foster & loving permanent homes.
