Hello,

I am Jodi Johnson’s sister / Aunt to sweet Little Easton. - I’m sure many of you are aware of his situation with Princeton Public School, and the assault he experienced by a gym Teacher. Jodi and her family do not have health insurance, and since day one: was told by Princeton Schools: that the school would cover any and all medical expenses.

well- jodi found out today; that was yet another one of their lies. Medical, Dental and counseling bills are coming in, and getting thrown into collections as a result of nonpayment. I know Jodi would be embarrassed to ask anyone for help. But their family does not deserve this! Here is Jodis latest update on Facebook.

I was informed this am by Princeton school district insurance that they will NOT be paying for any of Eastons dental bills or help pay for any counseling costs.

I am beyond devastated.

I am beyond angry

I am beyond frustrated

I was told IF we get a settlement, ( the school district is trying to say they are not reliable for the teachers actions, so they don’t have to pay)

SO IF WE DO get a settlement that money will go into a trust fund till he is 18?!?!

How does that even help him now?!

He needs help now, he needs counseling now!

I want him to like going to school again.

The distrct said if we didn’t go public they would have been more inclined to settle.

So if we want to help our son, it will all be out of pocket to us.

So lance and I are left with a anxiety ridden child who as of now is refusing to go back to school. He has changed so much since this all happened. He don’t like to be out in public areas with strangers. He has to be in constant sight of me or someone close to him. I could go on and on…

I honestly don’t know how he will do in school this fall.

He can not start treatment to help ease/ comfort him into going back to school this fall

because we have no health insurance and can not afford to pay out of pocket.

This has left me stressed out

I am sick of dealing with all this BS

I have more anxiety and stress than I ever have.

We did nothing wrong, why is this happening
