Help My Family find a safe home for us and our

Dear compassionate friends and fellow animal lovers,

I find myself in an incredibly distressing situation, and I'm reaching out to you for support. My beloved dog Lil Guy and our family

have been unjustly evicted from our apartment due to false accusations made by two individuals who shall be referred to as "Karens" for their unwarranted actions. I am devastated, emotionally drained, and facing an uphill battle to find a home where we are safe from Karen’s.

Recently, two Karens residing in the same apartment complex as mine falsely claimed that my dog, a gentle and well-behaved companion, viciously attacked them. One went so far as to say my dog attacked her dog and almost killed him, but then admitted to the police my dog didn’t even touch her dog. Yes… she called the police because my dog scared her dog. This outrageous fabrication has led to my eviction, as the management decided to prioritize their claims without providing me with an opportunity to present my side of the story. A new Karen moved in and also complained because my dog barked at her dog. But the story she told management was my dog was unhinged and tried to kill get dog.

Those who know my dog can attest to his friendly and loving nature. He’s reactive and barks at other dogs. He has never attacked or harmed any dogs or humans. I have paid for extensive training to help him, but he’s still working on it. Everyone in this building knows him, knows he’s all bark and no bite, except these two Karens who’s accusations made against him are baseless and fueled by personal biases.Unfortunately, without proper investigation or due process, my beloved Lil Guy has been labeled as a threat, causing him and me immense distress.

Financially, this happened at the worst time possible. Any savings I had just went to pay my sons college bill that was outstanding. I can’t risk moving into another apartment, so we have to find a single family home. And landlords or private homes want much more up front to move in, and that is the reason for this GoFundMe.
