Mr. Chug's end of life care

This little man here is Mr. Chug. He's my best friend and I love him more than I can put into words. He is 15 now and is suffering with congestive heart failure. His little heart is trying so hard to keep going but I know it's time to put him down. I can't bare too see him struggle anymore. He needs to be euthanized at home because unlike a lot of dogs he is terrified of car rides. I just want his last moments to be peaceful at home. Please help us give him a warm and loving send-off over the rainbow bridge. I love him and will miss him for the rest of my life.
