Mr Doyle's 360km of November Running
Hi all,
I'M BACK AND PLANNING ON GOING BIGGER THIS YEAR.
I'm upping the running challenge to 360km throughout November, equating to 12km daily. I'm again doing this to ignite the conversation around Mental Health and suicide in Australia.
3139 Australians lost their lives to suicide in 2020 - the leading cause of death that year amongst 18-44-year-olds- an alarming statistic.
I have again chosen the Kai Eardley Foundation to raise money for. The foundation funds mental health workshops to be delivered to high schools within WA. As a teacher, I see first-hand how vital early introduction to these skills can be and how they could change lives.
You can follow my running through my Strava - https://www.strava.com/athletes/25442790 and I'll also post weekly updates to keep me accountable.
This will be a big challenge, but it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. If you can show your support by donating, running with me or even sending me a motivating text/video, that would be massive!
Thank you, and wish me luck.
