We are fortunate to have everything we need and want in life so rather than ask for gifts we wanted to give a little something back to two charities that are very close to our hearts.

Whatever you donate or gift us here we are going to split 50/50 between The Solan Conor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust and Caring Matters Now.

The Solan Conor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust do incredible work in our local area. Jordan met Mark a few years ago whilst raising money for cancer research and we both found the work he does is extremely selfless and inspiring.

Mark Solan has turned his own tragic experience of cancer into helping others. Creating a trust that helps hundreds of families across the region who are suffering because of the disease, Mark is on a mission to ensure others make the most of life and we would love to help, support him and the charity as much as we can.

Caring Matters Now is a UK charity for those affected by Congenital Melanocyctic Naevi (CMN). CMN is an abbreviation of Congenital Melanocytic Naevus, a type of birthmark that may appear in newborn babies. Emily was born with this skin condition which means regular checks since the diagnosis. She has had an MRI scan as CMN can also grow internally and cause all kinds of different issues. Fortunately for us, Emily is fine and just needs to have regular checks locally and at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children. We still aren’t sure of the full extent as CMN is a very rare condition which not many of us have heard of which is another reason we would like to raise some money for this charity.

We thank you all so much for being part of our special day, and we know this will help the charities massively in what has been a difficult 18 months for a lot of us.
