Mr. Roy's Battle with Cancer

Mr. Roy Chavez has been a Mayfield Junior School Community member for nearly 20 years. Mr. Roy has been a constant in our students' daily activities, as an integral member of our Facilities Team, keeping our campus safe and clean.

Mr. Roy has retired from Mayfield due to a recent health diagnosis of cancer. Roy has been in the hospital since February 19, as they are dealing with plasma and platelet counts and developing a treatment plan.

In speaking with Roy and Roy's wife, Sylvia, in place of the traditional "meal train," we have set up this GoFundMe page to support the family. If you can, your contribution would be greatly appreciated. Our Mayfield community never fails to support others.
