Mr. Ted’s Windows

Mr. Ted has been living at his home since he bought the property and built the home in 1947.  Mr. Ted is 95 years young.  He served this country by fighting in the Korean War, and served this community for decades by growing and GIVING away all his vegetables lovingly grown in his own garden.

Mr. Ted has some broken windows due to storm damage and a lot that are just plain outdated and not efficient.  

My wish is for the community of Fircrest to come together and raise money to give back to a man that has given so much to this country and community.  Many people have grown up here knowing Mr. Ted and his vegetables.   He thinks we are just going to fix a broken bay window shattered by storm damage.   South Tacoma Glass is partnering with us to provide 24 windows of various styles and sizes to give him a warm and cozy home.  24 new windows for only $11000! They also generously donated $1000!  What an amazing company!  I know this neighborhood can match that generosity!
