Kristys Private MRI Scans

Donation protected
Hello my name is Kristy, I am 32 years old and on the 2nd of May 2018 i was diagnosed with  cancer. I have been informed I have a grade 4 inoperable brain tumour called glioblastoma which is the most aggressive form. I have been advised my tumour is incurable and have been given 6-9 months to live. My only option now to potentially extend my life is to have chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined.

After I considered all of the side effects that chemotherapy and radiotherapy have (hair loss, nausea, weakness, tiredness, heart problems (i have a heart murmur and 1
kidney) I had a conversation with my neurologist and decided I dont want to take these treatments, also bearing in mind the treatments that are being offered cannot cure me but only tame my tumour.

I then explained I am currently self medicating using more natural treatments such as a total diet Change (alkaline, raw and organic foods) alongside CO (cannabis oil), I also explained how much better I have been feeling since I had started this and that I hadn’t suffered from any further fits or seizures.

My neurologist doesn’t agree with my decision or that I’m self medicating and advised me my options are either to have the chemo/radio treatments and if not I would no longer be ‘in their care’... this means I also won’t be able to have any further MRI scans to see if the tumour is changing/improving.

I am absolutely devastated by this and I am trying my up most to remain positive about the situation. I know I have to stay strong, and i also know exactly how serious my illness is, but i want to
remain
relatively well for  my beautiful three children who are 11 years old, 5 years old and my youngest who is only 4 months old.
it’s a scary time for us all and I don’t want to leave my children, partner and family yet so i am praying this works! I am also looking into other alternative treatments that may help me.

I am lucky to have support already and we as a family can cover the first private scan costs but it wont be just the one scan that i will need so I am asking kindly for any possible donations from family, friends and strangers in order for me to afford future private scans.

Please can anyone be kind enough to donate?

No donation is too small, thank you for taking the time in reading this post.
