Mr. Mudd & Mr. Gold's debut album

Hello. We are Mr. Mudd & Mr. Gold. We've been going strong as a two-piece band for over 3 years. Having met at a local open mic, and sharing an interest and respect in each other's eclectic styles of music, we both quickly realized we have the same passion for playing and performing the music we love to create ourselves. This has lead us to discover our own unique live performance. Combined with a loud, loose, and sometimes reckless stage presence, we've gained friends and fans along the way. After shows, we started to notice people expressing interest in where to find our music. So the next logical step was to record. Our biggest goal was to take that very same raw and live energy into the studio in hopes to create and capture the same experience. Jalipaz with Audioconfusion provided just that. Upon first listen, we realized we might be sitting on something very special. We can honestly say we shocked ourselves. Through support of close family and friends we maybe even became a little emotional in the joy of what our hard work turned into. Now, having continued to create, perform, and meet more people who convey a strong appreciation for our music, we have yet to gain the financial upper hand to get this music pressed and mass duplicated to provide at shows, or online. The exact cost to make CDs and vinyls is $2,750. We've waited very patiently and have worked as hard as we can to reach this goal, but as life outside of music goes, it's been difficult for us both to come up with this number. We have contemplated asking for the help before, and we're now stuck realizing that we owe this to you all. All the money we'd hope to raise, would be specifically to get this album out to the world, and into your hands. We also feel like your help would get us to the next step this band so eagerly wants to take. It's not easy for us to ask for help, but it's also been hard knowing that we haven't been able to provide our art to as many of you as possible. We would like to give you our sincerest thank you for the continued support up to this point, and for any donation that you'd be willing to provide.
Sincerely,
Tyler Matock and Jesse Gray
