Mrs Brown is abseiling the Spinnaker Tower!

One of our grandparents has kindly donated a voucher to abseil 100m down the Spinnaker Tower at Portsmouth to raise money for our school. The PTA discussed with the children who they thought should complete the 100m descent, and it was decided that Headteacher Mrs Brown should be tasked to take on the challenge!

 

On the 26th of June 2022, Mrs Brown will be harnessing up, climbing to the top of the 100m tower and descending on a rope back to ground level. Please sponsor Mrs Brown to be brave enough to be able to drop out over the edge and hold her nerve to ground level.

Our aim as a registered charity is to raise funds to support the children of North Lancing Primary School. Parents and Teachers come together to organise events. Through these events we are able to purchase items to enrich the children's learning environment, and add to their life experiences. In the past we have; painted games on the playground, bought IT equipment such as iPads and interactive whiteboards, helped to maintain the swimming pool and purchased shelters for the school fields.
