Mrs. Tucker needs our help.

My name is Grady McWhorter and I'm humbly asking for the communities help Johmica Tucker. On Nov 1st Johmica went to next level care for Covid testing for work and tested positive for the flu and pneumonia. After doing a chest x-ray, the doctor sent her to the nearest emergency room to get checked out. She had fluid in her chest. After going to the emergency room at HCA Houston healthcare, they gave her antibiotics and told her to go home and rest till Monday. After returning from work on Monday she felt sick again. Tuesday morning she went back to the ER and they admitted her. After an MRI they discovered an infection that was in her lungs. They found the infection hanging from her heart valve. The infectious disease specialist determined that by Friday the 12th she would need to be transferred to the HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center for open-heart surgery. After surgery on the 15th of November, she had complications that have affected the use of her right arm. On the 29th of November, she was back in a hospital ER again. She is currently in therapy at an attempt to regain mobility in her hand and arm. I have worked with Johmica for years now in our life skills classroom. She has been unable to work, and bills are mounting. She has always worked harder than anyone I know. I do not normally do go fund me campaigns, bit I'm asking my friends to consider this one. Those of you who know me, know how important Johmica is to me. If you don't have the money to help, please consider sharing this for a wonderful woman who has been a loyal community servant to the Houston special needs population now for almost a decade.
