Ms. G's Class

Ms.G  is a first time special education teacher in the Pomona Unified School District. Her students have autism and require special sensory tools and activities. As a first year teacher the cost to decorate and fill your classroom can be overwhelming. This cost intensifies tremendously when Special Needs are also in the equation. Your donation will contribute to the supplies these students need such as basic school supplies (scissors,pencils,markers etc.) as well as decorations and alterations to the classroom to add to a fun and stimulating learning environment ie. sensory beads, boards, kinetic sand, various balance boards and soft places to sit. Certain special needs may also require that the classroom have covers to dim lights and covers for chair legs to reduce loud noises. 
On top of being a full time teacher, Ms.G is still a student herself. She will be a full time student at Cal Poly Pomona perusing her Masters in Education Specialist while also receiving her teaching credential.
