Ms. V - Chemo
Donation protected
Ms. V has been working in the BAMC ob/gyn clinic for over 20 years, and is still one of the hardest workers. Everyone loves seeing her sweet, happy, smiling face. She’s definitely one of the selfless, sweetest and most loving people we have ever met. ALWAYS looking out for others, extremely helpful, and loves you like family no matter who you are.
Two months ago they found a mass on her breast. After countless testing and doctors visits, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Although she has healthcare, every time she goes to the doctor she has a co-pay of $40 dollars. It isn’t bad, but having more than one visit per week, it adds up.
Not only this, but to even start the $18,000 chemo treatment - she has to pay $3,000. Then another $2,000 later. (For one treatment)
It was brought up to her that we wanted to help her, but she wouldn’t have it. She is the type of person to wait until she has made the necessary amount herself rather than ask for money. But she deserves this.
Next week is when her chemo was supposed to start. It would be a while before she would be able to start herself, if she were to wait, as she had just made a necessary, big purchase before the diagnosis. So please, if you could donate even $1, ANYTHING will help. And every single penny will go to her and this treatment. Thank you so much.
