Support Parkinson’s Research in Honor of Emma's Grandma:
Four years ago, Emma's grandma was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition that affects movement, balance, and speech. It occurs when nerve cells in the brain break down, leading to a drop in dopamine levels. This can cause tremors, stiffness, slow movements, and other symptoms that worsen over time.
For her grandma, the journey hasn’t been easy. She experiences tremors, stiffness, and struggles with balance. Some days are harder than others—there are times when speaking feels difficult or when mood swings and depression take over. Though her case is considered mild for now, Parkinson’s is unpredictable, and the medication that helps her manage symptoms today won’t be as effective in the future.
For emma watching her grandmother adjust to this new reality has been tough, but her resilience has motivated us to take action. To support people like her and the millions of others living with Parkinson’s, we’re organizing a concert to raise funds for the Demoucelle Parkinson Charity, which partners with the Michael J. Fox Foundation in the US. These organizations are dedicated to advancing research, improving treatments, and working toward a cure.
This is where we need your help. Whether by attending the concert or donating, your support can make a real difference. Every contribution goes directly toward funding the research that will help improve lives—and one day, end this disease.
Thank you for standing with us and supporting this important cause. Together, we can make an impact.
Yours truly,
Naomi and Emma
