Yesterday morning, December 17, 2023, Connie’s house was on fire and luckily no one was hurt but the house has extensive water and smoke damage and at this time it has been declared uninhabitable. We do not know if it can be salvaged as the fire started in the basement so she has no furnace or heating source. She had her youngest son, her older brother and two cousins living with her at the time but not all of them were able to contribute to the household. Connie's or Consoula's ( as her family calls her) home was where her family would gather for the holidays. She opened her home to friends and family even if that meant using all of the rooms in the house. No one was ever turned away. That is what family means to Connie. Let us see what we can do to help Connie. Connie was always helping us out so let us see what we can do for her. Please contribute whatever you can and pass this message along so others can help as well.
