Huff Family

*UPDATE* on this Sunday evening of 11-21-2021 Franklin Huff passed away at 7:39pm with his family by his side. They need any help they can get to cover funeral expenses and bills that are currently piling up on this family with his wife not being able to work. Please keep this family in your prayers as the approaching days and even holidays to come are going to be extremely hard and heartbreaking!

In 2012 Franklin Huff was at a cookout with his wife and kids..he had a seizure that caused him to fall and break his neck...he was rushed to the hospital where we found out he also had a massive fatty brain tumor in his right frontal lobe.. The tumor was stable so his neurologist just kept an eye on it..in Feb of 2019 he also had a pulmonary embolism...a large blood clot in his leg broke off..went through his heart amd into both lungs...it almost killed him..he was hospitalized for 9 days in ICU..when he got to go home finally he was put on blood thinners... Everything was good up until 2 weeks ago when they noticed he was having some memory issues.. They went back to the neurologist and he did some new tests that revealed the tumor had not only grew..ot had ruptured ...broke off into 3 more pieces and caused swelling in his brain...he was immediately admitted and scheduled for a Craniotomy...major brain surgery on Nov 16th 2021.. His surgery went well however not even 48 hours later his drain tube in his head stopped working so his brain swelled up.. They attempted a new brain tube and it worked for a couple mins before also stopping.. They rushed him to get a CT Scan and next thing we know hes being rushed back to the OR for another emergency Craniotomy because his brain was bleeding.. They reopened his skull up and stopped the bleeding..also took out 2 massive blood clots and a lil more of his tumor they couldnt reach the 1st surgery.. He came out of surgery but is now heavily sedated and on a ventilator.. Drs say its very touch and go at this point with his recovery..hes been through 2 life threatening brain surgeries .. Drs have no idea if or when he will wake up and come home.. The holidays are upon us and due to all this going on his wife is unable to work because she has been by his side the entire time.. They have 4 children and a grandson (Greyson who is only 9 months old.) that all live with them.. His wife is doing the best she can to make sure hes been getting the best medical care he can get amd making sure their children n home are taken care of the best she can.. With him being in ICU and not doing so well they could use all the help they can get so they dont have to worry about how they’ll pay all their bills or even where the next meal will come from. The holidays just isn’t even a thought for this family with all thats happening.. Franks wife doesn’t have the funds for Thanksgiving or Christmas now due to not being able to work because she is staying by her husbands side and trying to tend to her children and home. she doesnt quite know how she will keep the bills all up at this point...so if anyone could help out I know this family would really appreciate it.. This lady just lost her father July 15 2021.. Lets all pray her husband pulls through this cause she doesnt wanna lose him too.
