Ms.Stapleton's First Classroom

Hi, I'm Ms.Stapleton, a new graduate from the University of South Florida, and I am now a 5th grade ELA teacher at Reddick Elementary in Hillsborough County, Florida. I have lived in Wimauma my whole life, and during that time, I have learned so much about our close-knit community. The students come to school daily with a can-do attitude and so much love in their hearts. I want to give my students the classroom they deserve, and to do so, I need help. Currently, the room has four blank walls and a few windows. And I don't have the money to get supplies such as copy paper, scissors, glue sticks, tape, tissues, hand sanitizer, etc., let alone the cash to buy decorations to make the room feel like home. After all, the kids spend over 33 hours a week here and are forming memories that will live with and shape them forever. Anything can help!
