Mt Everest x Young Minds - Base camp trek

This Sunday 07/04/2024, we embark on the trek to the base camp of Mt Everest (5364m).

Corey and I have taken it upon ourselves to reignite this trek. With life throwing curve ball after curve ball, I simply hadn't had the energy to think about fundraising. However with so many people asking about donating, it seemed like a wasted opportunity.

It would be AMAZING to reach £500 for YoungMinds charity. Regardless of goals being met, we are doing this not only for the experience of a lifetime, but considering the history and the lead up to me even writing this now, we're doing this in memory of our lost ones and in honour of all those who silently suffer.

If you're reading this, then you've made a conscious decision in the right direction to not only help those in need, but to further your understanding and maybe help yourself one day.
