Mt. Olive SDA Pathfinder Club Camporee Fundraiser

Dear Esteemed Donors,

We are the Mount Olive SDA Pathfinder Club, based in the vibrant community of Apopka, FL. As an integral part of our community, we are writing to share an exciting opportunity that lies ahead for our young Trailblazers and to request your support.

In August 2024, an extraordinary event, the 2024 Pathfinder International Camporee, is set to take place in the picturesque landscapes of Gillette, Wyoming. This event is more than just a gathering; it has evolved into a defining moment for the spiritual and leadership development of our youth. It serves as a vital space for fostering a deep sense of community and connection with like-minded individuals from around the globe. Furthermore, the camporee provides a platform for our Pathfinders to showcase their talents, knowledge, and commitment to their faith.

The Camporee offers a diverse range of activities, including competitive challenges focused on music and Bible knowledge, parades akin to military displays, and community-oriented socio-environmental projects. Such initiatives instill a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and stewardship in our young members, shaping them into well-rounded individuals prepared to contribute positively to society.

In order to make this transformative experience a reality for our Pathfinders, youth, staff, and volunteers, we are initiating a fundraising campaign. Your generous contributions will enable us to cover the costs associated with transportation, camping essentials, and sustenance during the duration of the event. Every dollar donated will directly support the invaluable experience of our youth and contribute to the realization of their potential as future leaders and ambassadors of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
