Shauna's Wish

Shauna Castleton Tiaffay was brutally murdered by her estranged husband, George Tiaffay, September 29, 2012. He was recently convicted and sentenced to life in prison. Shauna was a beautiful soul, inside and out and her greatest joy in life was being a mother. She will be dearly missed by many and will forever be in our hearts.
Please help us raise funds to grant our sweet Shauna these three last wishes…
Wish #1: Bring Shauna’s grave home to Utah.
Prior to his conviction, George would not allow us to bring her home to Utah to be buried next to her father and insisted her grave reside in Las Vegas. This move will cost around $10,000.
Wish #2: Raise Legal Funds for Shauna’s Daughter
The true victim in this tragedy is Shauna’s young daughter who is now left without a mother or a father. Shauna would want this sweet little girl wrapped in her family’s love and support and we desperately need much more access and quality time with her. Unfortunately this will only be achieved through the legal process in Family Court which has been, and continues to be, very expensive.
Wish #3: Funding for Shauna’s daughter’s trust to be used for her college education.
Distribution of any funds received will be managed by the Law Firm of Shumway Van & Hansen in Las Vegas, Nevada.
