Fight for Flo

Recently our hearts have been shattered by the news of our beautiful friends 3 year old little girl being diagnosed with DIPG.. Diffuse

Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), also known as Diffuse Midline Glioma (DMG).

DIPG is a rare, fast-growing tumor that forms in glial cells in the brain stem. The location and aggressive nature of the cancer leads to a poor prognosis.

The overall survival rate is less than 1%

Patients typically survive a matter of months following diagnosis- with less than ten per cent of patients surviving over one year.

Both parents Cam & Michelle Turner have had their world been turned upside down to hear this dreadful diagnosis. Together as a community we hope to raise funds to help fund day to day expenses so their family can focus on their time together during Flo’s treatment.
