Save The Pines Hotel

My name is Edward Alexander, I own the Pines Hotel in downtown Smithville, TX. The Pines has not been a hotel since 1964 but is my homestead. Attached to the three story building is a one story old cafe called Honey's Diner which I sold a few years back.  While digging a pit for a grease trap the new owner broke my sewer line that runs under his property. He refuses to repair the old line or put me in a new  one. I've talked with several attorneys they all say the same thing, "He broke it, he has to fix it, but this could take months  and will mean me taking him to court. What  I'm going to do is put in a new sewer line myself. An estimate  to do the work is $3000.00. I'm a sixty-nine year old Vietnam Veteran and I live on Social Security, I don't have the money to take care of this problem so I'm asking for donations; any amount will be appreciated.
