Employees of Mirador 1200 are the face and frontline for all of us. They are often the first people we see each morning and the last to wish us "goodnight." They accept and organize our packages, troubleshoot noise complaints, clean up after dogs, interact with city agencies such as code compliance and the fire department, and accept our phone inquiries with grace and respect, even as they often work a 12-hour shift, as may be needed. They are here for leaks at 3:00am on a Sunday morning, climb through the trash compactor looking for dropped cell phones and scrub our floors and restrooms until they shine.
