Mullet March for First Responder Mental Health

The Code Green Campaign  has two main goals:

 

-Primary goal is raising awareness of the high rates of mental health issues, substance abuse and suicide among first responders.

 

-Secondary goal is providing education for responders on how to provide care for themselves and recognize issues in their peers.

 

They also run a storytelling project, maintain a resource database and distribute resource information, and help track suicides along with several other programs.

If we can reach our goal by March 1st a number of Firefighters with Red White & Blue will be shaping their silky flow into that sweet bi-level Canadian passport that we know as the mullet.
