Mullion Primary Schools New Trim Trail.

Hello, Thank you for clicking on our Gofundme page. Unfortunately the very much loved Trim trail at Mullion Primary school has run its course to life expiry and is due to be removed in July. This is such a big loss to the children who adore playing on it. Not only is it brilliant for their physical health with all the different obstacles and activities but also their mental health with getting back outdoors over the recent years. It's a friendship stop where children hang out, a meeting point where there is always a friendly face and a great way for all year groups to interact during playtimes. The trim trail is always a buzz with excited children.

The trim trail is not just used during playtimes, it has also been great to the children during lesson times. It gives them an opportunity to get outside and refocus their minds with some physical activity. It has also been heavily used by our SEN provision and has been a great success. It is such a great asset for multiple reasons and for so many throughout the school.

Sadly replacing it comes at a great cost and is not something the school can afford. We hope that we can begin to raise funds jointly between the Board of Governors and the PTA to start the replacement and build many great memories. Along the journey we plan that the children will also get involved in the fund raising and will put on sponsored events, bake sales or no doubt have many of their own fabulous ideas.
