Multiple sclerosis- suv with hand control/trailer

Jerry Matalone is a coworker and good friend to many at our school district and the surrounding community. He doesn't know a stranger. He has struggled with Multiple Sclerosis for years but has seen a rapid decline in the last couple of years. I watched him struggle walking at which point a co-worker/friend gave him a walking stick for stability. Within a couple of years even that was a struggle so we arranged for a walker. This year we watched his mobility decline to the point of needing a scooter and, a few months ago, a wheel chair. Within the last month his tongue is even getting numb, and he is down to only his left hand fully functioning.
He's divorced and struggles to raise young two teenagers being as involved as he possibly can in their lives. He always puts them first. He recently moved to keep them within walking distance to their mom's new residence- 30 minutes away from work.
At this point in time, he has little feeling in his legs and he can't drive. His lack of mobility is affecting his ability to get to work. Many of us at work have created a schedule to transport him to and from work however the dependence on others is seriously affecting his typical light hearted outlook.
He is in in desperate need of a vehicle that is taller/ easier to pull himself into than his current sedan. Because he purchased the car last year, he still owes quite a bit on it so taking another loan isn't an option. He also is in need of hand controls and a trailer for his scooter.
If you'd be willing to help us bless him by contributing to his vehicle needs, you would be helping a family continue to function and would be blessing him with self sufficiency.
On behalf of his work friends, we truly appreciate anything you can do to help Jer. He means the world to us. Update: Here are a couple of videos about the vehicle he's hoping to purchase: https://youtu.be/CzyJKikpVak https://youtu.be/4L6bPEC2MHQ
