Mundo Family Needs Our Help

As many of you know, the Mundo family's life was changed forever when Humberto collapsed and fell into a coma on March 10 2023. Since that day Jessica, Issac, Iktan, Enki, Shakti and our entire family have been praying and fighting for his life to be saved. Since that day Jessica has been traveling to the hospital daily and has been unable to work. She has been going non stop. We are so grateful our prayers have been answered and Humberto survived such trauma. He is now awake and improving everyday. We know it's truly a miracle and a testament of our faith. Though he continues to improve and has been given a second chance at life, Humberto suffered significant damage to his brain and is paralyzed on his left side.

This situation has been emotionally and financially catastrophic. We know family and friends have been so amazing through this time, helping to take the kids, sending food, prayers and so much more. I also know the community of Hull, if able would want to help take care of the Mundo family even more.

Since the beginning Jessica hasn’t loved the idea of needing to ask for financial support and truly doesn’t have the mental space to organize something like this. However with the magnitude of medical expenses, trips to and from the hospital, being unable to work, and taking care of the children, we KNOW she needs our help. Humberto and his family have a long road ahead of them including a long term care facility and making their home accessible for his needs.

We appreciate just any help - no matter how big or small. It has been a life-altering situation for the family and your support will at least help ease the overwhelming financial stress Jessica is experiencing. The last thing I want her to worry about is money. We thank you in advance for supporting the Mundo family
