It’s with profound sadness we announce that Dr. Desbele Mehari suddenly passed away in his sleep Saturday morning on February 20, 2021, in Sudan. Dr. Desbele was born and raised in a small village called Adi-Nebri (zoba debub). After completing elementary school in Adi-Nebri he moved to Dekemhare and completed his middle and secondary school. As an outstanding student, he joined Asmara University and then proceeded to Orotta School of Medicine by which he graduated as a Medical Doctor. Dr. Desbele worked hard and was committed to serving his society in Adi-keih and Orotta Maternity Hospital as a general practitioner for 8 years.
Dr. Desbele was a compassionate, honest, and hardworking doctor who always put his patient first. For the last two years, he was attending a residency program in gynecology/obstetrics in Khartoum Sudan until his last moment.
Dr. Desbele was a beloved son, brother, loving husband, and a doting father of two (3-year-old son and 1-month-old daughter). Dr. Desbele had just moved his family to Sudan and left behind with no one to look after them.
So we are here to politely request a contribution to helping our beloved friend and colleague Dr. Deseble’s family during this difficult time. Any donation you contribute will go directly towards funeral expenses and his family support.
We, the fundraisers, are close friends of Dr. Desbele taking the initiative to help his family during their hard times of sorrow and big financial burden.

ዶ/ር ደስበለ መሓሪ ኣብ ዓዲ ነብሪ ኣብ ዞባ ደቡብ እርትርከብ ዓዲ ተወሊዱ። ናይ መባእታ ደረጃ ትምህርቱ ኣብ ዓዲ ነብሪ ድሕሪ ምዝዛሙ ኣብ ከተማ ደቀምሓረ ድማ ማእከላይን ካልኣይን ደረጃ ተማሂሩ። ብሉጽ ተማሃራይ ብምንባሩ ከኣ ኣስመራ ዩኒቨርስቲ ተጸንቢሩ። ካብዚ ብምቕጻል ናብ ቤ/ት ሕክምናን ሕክምና ስንን ኦሮታ ተሰጋጊሩ ብሓፈሻዊ ሕክምና ተመሪቑ ንኣስታት 8 ዓመት ኣብ ሆስፒታል ዓዲ-ቀይሕን ኦሮታን ከም ሓፈሻዊ ሓኪም ኮይኑ ብተወፋይነት ንህዝቡ ኣገልጊሉ።

ብክኢላ መውልዳን (gynecology/ obstetrics) ዝለዓለ ትምህርቲ ንምቕጻል ንኣስታት 2 ዓመት ኣብ ሃገረ ሱዳን ትምህርቱ ክከታተል ድሕሪ ምጽንሑ’ዩ ካብዛ ዓለም ብሃንደበት ተሰናቢቱ።
ዶ/ር ደስበለ በዓል ሓዳርን ኣቦ ክልተ ቆልዑን ኮይኑ በዓልቲ-ቤቱ ኣብ ሱዳን ናይ ሓደ ወርሒ ሓራስ ከላ’ዩ ብድንገት ብዘይለበዋ ካብ ዝደቀሶ ከይተስአ ተፈልዩዋ።
ስለዚ ኩሉኹም ኣሕዋትን ኣሓትን ሕሰም ኣይትርከቡ ኣንዳበልና ነዚ ኣብ ስድራ-ቤት ዶ/ር ደስበለ ወሪዱ ዘሎ መሪር ሓዘን ከም መጸናንዕን ግዝያዊ ወጻኢታት መሸፈንን ዝኸውን ዓቕምና ዝፈቐዶ ክንሕግዝ ብትሕትና ንላቦ።
ነዚ ሓላፍነት ዝወሰድና እዞም ኣብ ታሕቲ ተጠቒስና ዘለና ናይ ዶ/ር ደስበለ ቀረባ ኣዕሩኽን መሳርሕትን ኮይና፡ ስለትገብሩዎ ኩሉ ሓገዝ ብጣዕሚ ነመስግን።
