We invite you to be part of a groundbreaking initiative in Jacksonville—Bespoke House Artisan Community is raising funds to secure and develop a transformative space as part of our expansion efforts of 2025.

Recently the former Ice Bar location at 3529 Plymouth Street was announced for sale. With the support of our sponsors, donors, and from the community to begin this fundraising effort, we hope to expand our operations in the vibrant heart of Murray Hill, to this 9,458-square-foot facility that would allow us to foster the growth of independent artists from the Film Coast Creative Class (FCCC), turning creative dreams into reality.

Vision and Mission of Bespoke House

Bespoke House is not just a space; it's a movement. With our "Bespoken For" platform, we aim to #CancelTheStarvingArtist by offering artists not only a place to create but also a supportive ecosystem where they can thrive. Founded by local creators Josh Weber and Michael Armanno, the mission extends beyond providing workspace—it's about creating a community where artists are empowered, resources are accessible, and creativity flourishes.

Bespoke House Artisan Community is backed by our Partners at Tiny Little Tech Shop, Players by the Sea, and King Buds as well as a number of friends and guests of our community.

Current Success and Expansion Plans

Bespoke House currently operates two dynamic locations:

Main Campus at 4624 Park Street: Known for immersive art experiences, live productions, workshops, and a vibrant networking community.

1607 Blanding: The historic home of a Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist, now a venue for musical innovation and artistic expression as well as gallery and Live/Work Suites.

Our facilities have cultivated a community of over 50 active members and more than 2,000 supporters. With a waiting list of 30+ people eager for live-work space, the demand for our services is clear.

Leveraging insights from the "ACE Cmte Financial Review 2023 Jax FL ," it’s evident that Jacksonville harbors untapped financial resources that could significantly benefit the arts community. Key points from the review include:

Maximizing Public Sector Funding: Jacksonville offers robust financial incentives that are often underutilized. Bespoke House plans to access these funds to enhance its infrastructure and programming.

Harnessing Independent and Private Sector Funding: Successful public-nonprofit partnerships highlighted in the report provide evidence of the successful model for Bespoke House. We aim to continue creating similar synergies, enriching Jacksonville’s cultural landscape.

We aim to raise $200,000 to secure and develop the Plymouth Street facility. This capital will be allocated towards:
