Museum Flood Recovery Fund
Donation protected
On July 10 the HMCS ALBERNI Museum and Memorial (HAMM) was hit with a sudden flash flood which inundated our facility. Our damage is not covered under the building's insurance. This means that our non-profit society is hit once again with a challenge. This being our 20th Year as a Canadian Remembrance Program we need to get our repairs done as soon as possible. So we are asking for the public's assistance in raising funds to cover the cost of our damage from the flood so we can reopen as the "Hidden Pearl" in the Comox Valley. For more information on The Alberni Project and HAMM, please visit our website at www.alberniproject.org or www.facebook.com/thealberniproject
