'Music and Motion' 2024-2025 ASL Signing Event Fundraiser

Hi! My name is Joselyn and I am fundraising to get the opportunity to go to an event called Music in Motion at Disneyland in February of 2025.

I'm super excited about this amazing opportunity coming up! So, here's the deal: I'm passionate about American Sign Language (ASL) and dream of becoming an ASL interpreter one day. Now, there's this awesome ASL signing show event that I'm dying to attend. It's not just about having fun; it's a chance for me to soak up more experience and hone my skills in ASL, which is my ultimate career goal!

You see, ASL isn't just about hand movements and gestures to me. It's this incredible tool that bridges gaps and brings people together. It's about giving everyone a voice, especially those who are often overlooked or marginalized. I want to be a part of this movement towards equality and respect for everyone, regardless of their abilities or circumstances.

Now, here's where I need your help. The cost to attend this event is a bit more than what I can afford on my own. There's a bunch of kids from my school going, and I'm just hoping to rally some support from anyone who's willing to chip in. Every little bit counts and it would mean the world to me to have your support on this journey towards making a difference and pursuing my passion for ASL!
