1st Music Production School in Morocco

UPDATE: Our Partner for SSD Hard Drives didn't got back with the promise, otherwise we got everything!!! Unfortunately we have to increase the fundraiser by 500 Euros due to the additional costs, thank you for understanding!

The fundraiser will stay open until November 2024 - the more we gather, the better we can equip the school!

Education is the biggest gift and after successfully supporting Musicians worldwide on our Mobile Recording journeys for 5 years, we take the next big step to provide artists with a free-of-charge recording studio, the necessary equipment, and masterclasses on how to make pro records!

We are in the final steps to launch it in November 2024 and need to finance a MacMini suitable for Music Production, I already gathered most of the necessary equipment!

This project will be the first step to true independence for Musicians in Morocco, so they can preserve their cultural heritage, create new opportunities as full-time musicians, get the same chances as us, and capture their unlimited creativity.

We partnered with Taman Art Space in Morocco, a self-funded Cultural center where we built the studio, check it out!

We will do it here! Isn't that place coool? :)

Established by famous visual artist Aissa Joud, a hub for national and international artists, foundations, and creatives!

Crucial equipment has been kindly provided by our partner companies Audient, Kali Audio, and Lewitt, to build the first Music Production School in Morocco.

Famous Producer Warren Huart provided access to the Produce Like A Pro Academy as well as Promix Academy to our 2 apprentices!

To finalize the studio we raise funds to buy a good Mac Mini with 16 or 32 GB RAM / M1 processor, 2 x SSD cards for storage (almost impossible to get in Morocco), and peripherals like XLR cables, a screen, acoustic treatment for the room, and microphone stands.

Without the Mac Mini, we won't be able to start the project.

The heart of the idea is, to share my knowledge on Recording, Editing, Mixing, and Mastering Audio, as well as client handling. Through this, we will build a cultural bridge and can make a change in this world through the power of music.

My name is Ady and I have been a full-time Music Producer for 7 years now with 24+ years of experience in writing, composing, and playing music worldwide: From Los Angeles to Morocco, in Pro Studios to improvised places like a refugee camp in Greece. You can find my videos on the biggest education platforms like Produce Like A Pro and Promix Academy.

Also, I am grateful to appear as a guest in Pro Audio's biggest music production podcasts and Youtube channels!

Our Productions went out to millions of listeners! During COVID we stayed for 2 years in Morocco and produced over 120+ songs.

Here is Tasuta N-Imal - Amekraz (The Farmer) with subtitles in English, German, and Polish, reaching out to 500.000+ people

Now artists are still asking us when we'll be back because they do not have any other possibility to make a good-sounding/affordable recording - the conditions are bad!

We start the School on November the 10th 2024 and chose the first 2, kind, patient, engineers that I will educate, so they can run the studio and start to pass on the knowledge, which is usually not accessible in Morocco.

As I already carry the costs of shipment and taxes for equipment, my budget became very limited.

My flight to Morocco is on the 28th of October 2024, that's when I plan to bring the equipment to the Taman Art Space crew, set up the studio, and start teaching.

Thank you for your help, 100% of the funds will go into equipment - my heart and my soul are in this project!

After thinking for years, about how we truly can support artists on a long-term basis, it became obvious:

Independence - Producers don't have to leave their country to learn, what we already know. Also, they will be able to educate their peers.

I think this is the true support, required in Africa:

Independence and possibilities through education, knowledge, and providing the right equipment.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

With love,

Adrian "Ady" Parzentny
