Mutual Aid Relief Supplies NC

These funds are for purchasing, transporting or shipping supplies from Asheville, NC through our autonomous, grassroots network to people left in need by hurricane Florence. We, Appalachian Medical Solidarity in partnership with Beloved Asheville & Firestorm Books, have already begun collecting supplies and are receiving more through mail and personal delivery. As we collect, and the storm passes, we will need to deliver these goods to affected areas and that will take crews in vehicle or postage where service is running and feasible. Hurricane Florence has proved a major disaster in Eastern NC. We are scaling up and working with other independent groups we find in the destruction zone. Keep watching for updates!
