My Dad’s Cancer Journey

Donation protected
My dad recently got diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma and is scheduled for surgery on 5/31/23. He has been in loads of pain and extremely tired to the point where he is unable to work. Not only that, but this surgery will put him out for 6-8 weeks. He will also be getting radiation everyday for 5 weeks after he recovers from surgery.

My dads name is Scott. He is a 64 year old veteran. He gratefully served in the U.S Navy for four years. He was employed as an engineer for over 30 years, and continued working as an Uber driver for the past five years. He has successfully and whole-heartedly raised two beautiful, smart, and productive children - one being myself haha. He has tried to maintain the best health and wellness feasible during these challenging times. Recently, before all of this, He was on the brink of homelessness and he has been working so hard to get to the place he is now.

All in all, I am writing this for others to hopefully read my dads story. Anything helps at this point. These funds will help with bills and will help to ease loads of stress.

Humbly,
Thank you.
