Help Single Teen Mother and her Baby Donald Survive
Donation protected
Favour is an eighteen year old Nigerian girl living in Ghana. She is homeless and without any source of income. When she became pregnant her boyfriend, the father of the child, ran away and abandoned her. She was fired from her job and wound up homeless, sleeping under a table on the beach in Accra.
Because of the kindness of others, she was able to go to hospital where she gave birth to a little baby boy. The child had some early health problems but he made it though a rough beginning and is now eight months old.
He had his all-important naming ceremony recently and was named Donald. So now he is no longer just Favour's baby, he is a little person in his own right.
Favour is trying to work and get her life established. She has joined a group that supports singers, dancers, and performers in Accra and online so that she can begin a career as an entertainer.
As she works to establish herself Favour needs help for her own basic needs and the needs of her baby. Right now she needs help for absolutely everything, including a place to stay and food and clothes for little Donald. They are having a very hard time even eating and many days Favour and the baby go hungry.
Favour and Donald need help to get through this difficult time so that they can begin to build a better life for both of them.
