Lend a hand

Hello my name is Pedro. Many of you may have seen the story of my friends and I taking our friend John who is homeless to a Red Sox game. Since then my friends and I have been inspired to get involved with the community to help out those in need, we have met many people who are homeless and many of them have shared their stories with us. We understand life for them is very difficult and with the fall and winter coming up it’s just going to get harder for them to keep themselves safe from the cold. Our goal is get help from the community so we could gather enough money to shop for extra clothing and layers for those in need to be good for the winter. We plan on decreasing the stigma on homelessness and hopefully people understand that they are people too and that lending a hand could go a long way.
