MWD Brix

To my friends and family.   This past Tuesday morning I had to rush Brix (my retired Military Working Dog for those who haven't met him.)   To the ER for respiratory problems.  X-rays reveiled that he had a severe case of pnuemonia and would have to be hospitalized and kept in an oxygen chamber along with antibiotics for the next two days.   I picked him up today and consulted with his physician who informed me that his newest x-rays showed that his pneumonia was clearing up and could go home but that they also reveled something that wasn't visible before because the pneumonia was covering it.    At some point this loveable knucklehead of mine attempted to eat a rock but ended up aspirating and inhaled it.    He now has a rock stuck in his lungs that needs to be removed.  Needless to say the past two days have already been pretty expensive and I don't have the funds to cover the additional cost.  Anything you are able to donate will be a huge helps.
