I'm Stephen , this is hard to do but I have been having health issues , my heart is is struggling due to arterial blockage , when I went for the CT scan they found a large tumor on my

right kidney and I have been unable to work enough to cover our bills , I have ran out of sick time and pto , haven't been able to work. We have been struggling to get basic neccesities as well as keep from being evicted , I am desperately asking for help please.
