Urgent Heart Failure Medical Procedure for Gerald Tolentino

Dear kind-hearted friends and family,

I come to you with a heavy heart to share the news about my dear uncle, Gerald Tolentino, who is currently undergoing a very challenging medical journey in the Philippines.

He has been diagnosed with a critical heart condition - Chronic Heart Failure with Reduced Ejection Fraction (Stage C) that requires immediate attention.

Gerald has always been the breadwinner of his family and with his current medical diagnosis, he is unable to continue caring for his family.

Since the diagnosis of Chronic Heart Failure on the 23rd of May 2024, Gerald has suffered 2 Transient Ischaemic Attacks (TIA) or strokes, and with the grace of God, he overcame the attacks.

Now, Gerald urgently needs to undergo an Angiogram and an Angioplasty, which are essential procedures that will help restore proper blood flow to his heart and alleviate his suffering. While we are grateful for the medical care available in the Philippines, the associated expenses have placed a significant financial burden on his family.

The estimated cost of the Angiogram and the Angioplasty is currently at AUD$10,000 AUD / PHP$387,773.
