Single mother of 4 facing eviction

Hello everyone! My name is Brianna & I am a single mother of 4, facing an eviction.

First, I want to thank you for clicking on the link to even read about my story. It truly means a lot to me & it is wonderful to see so many kind people in this world. Onto the reasoning for the creation of this GoFundMe.

As stated previously, I am a single parent to 4 children. I received an eviction notice on December 8th. My children’s ages are 6, 3, 2, & 1. I do not get much help from their fathers besides for one of my children. I recently lost my previous employment because it was a temporary position & the company I was working for, faced a budget cut; making them unable to hire anybody into the company. I have been applying to jobs and had a few interviews, and no luck. I have applied for unemployment and W2 (cash assistance program) and I am waiting to hear back on both of those. I also have called local churches whom most of them are out of funds. I called ECHO & they do not help if you do not have an income. WERA, I’ve called everyday since I’ve received my eviction & they have yet to return my voicemails. I have applied for everything I can & they are all out of funds or have a waiting list. Not only am I a month behind on rent, I am also one month behind on my other bills as well; Alliant energy, phone bill, car payment, car insurance. I also have to pay for diapers, wipes, & whatever necessities my children need. As if times weren’t hard enough, it had to be around Christmas… my 3 year old son’s birthday is also on Christmas Day. But instead of asking for gifts for my children, I am asking if anybody can share this page or donate to bring us closer to keeping the roof over our heads.

I can provide proof of anything & everything anyone wants proof of! My rent is $1050 a month, plus whatever late fees I have accrued. My eviction notice states $1090. My car payment is $54/week. My car insurance is $187 due before the 25th. Phone is $100, which was due on the 11th, but didn’t have funds for it.
