My baby boy Bear tore his ACL and im broke

Hi, I'm Tatiana... my baby's name is Bear. So, Bear tore his ACL...again (his other one, not the same one). Which is basically the ligament under his kneecap that holds the top and bottom of his leg in place. Unfortunately, I made some poor decisions in my life that I'm working very hard to change. I'm currently in rehab and am doing very well as far as maintaining my sobriety, not just for myself but for Bear as well. However, due to being in treatment, I haven't been working and have basically no money.

So, of course, this is the moment that life decided to be lifey and my poor baby got hurt. He tore his other ACL a few years ago, and I paid $7500 for the surgery, but right now I simply don't have the money. So here I am praying and asking for some kind of answer or help from anyone who is willing or able. The vet that he is currently seeing (Trinity PetCare Center) is far less expensive than most and is asking for $5300 for the surgery. That includes everything from anesthesia, the actual surgery itself, any medication he needs while recovering and xrays after surgery to make sure everything is healing properly. Anything anyone is willing to help with will be so appreciated. If you have any questions or have a good trusted vet that is willing to do the surgery for a lower price please contact me.
