My best friend daughter

Hello my name is Tabitha and my best Friends daughter Payton was hit by a car yesterday in Milan and is fighting for her life. She was air lifted from the hospital in Rock Island to Iowa City where Bleeding in the brain that their trying to stop, they had to have a hemicraniectomy to stop the bleeding on her brain, lower back fracture, lacerations on her right kidney and liver, and the bone around her eye is fractured, she had a big gash on her left ear, her knee was split open. Peyton is only 14 years old and attends Rock Island High School. Her parents are in desperate need of this funding to go back and forth to Iowa City hotel rooms, rental cars, food, bills and Soo much more. They are only 24 hours into a very long road to recovery for their baby girl.
