My Brother Evan Doan

My name is Ashlie Sharp... 20,000 is a lot. No doubt. But my brother was killed in a tragic accident this weekend when he was running across the road and got struck by a vehicle. He is 25 and the father to a 4 year old boy that loves his dad and will never have closure if we don't bring his daddy home. Evan was such a gem in our family. He always knew the perfect thing to not only say, but to make you laugh. He was just the guy you could kick it with and we all loved when he was home. This is all such a nightmare. The cost of getting his body back home where it belongs, funeral costs, and beyond, we have no idea yet. But what we do know already is that we have no means to cover any of this. If we are blessed enough to make enough to cover expenses and have left over, it will go into an account for his son, which we haven't figured out all of the logistics of that, but it will be taken care of. My mother and Evan's father, the Doan family, my brothers and sisters, me, Morgan and Holden give our deepest gratitude to any help or donations that will get my brother home and get him the memorial he deserves.
