He is now Post Liver Transplant...

UPDATE: 12/11/23- He is officially at the top of the National US Transplant List. His condition is deteriorating, but he is stable. Please pray for a miracle soon.

My name is Tracy. Those who know me, know the tragedies my family has endured over the last few years. I am not one who asks for help ever. My family has an urgent crisis unfolding as we speak. Once again, my Mother-in-law has found herself about to loose her only surviving child. She lost her husband a few years ago, followed by the loss of her baby boy shortly thereafter in a tragic car accident. Two years later we lost her middle son, my husband. Now her oldest son Paul Allen is fighting for his life at Duke University Medical Center while he waits for a Liver transplant. The transplant team is requiring that Paul and his Mother relocate and remain within 1 hour distance from the hospital in order for him to undergo transplant. They will also be required to remain near Duke for 30 days following transplant so that his Doctors are able to follow him closely while he heals. We need to raise funds for Paul and Debbie so that we can secure housing for them for one month. They are not able to do this on their own, as they have their own mortgage and bills at home. Once housing is secured, Paul is listed as high priority, and will get a new Liver as soon as a match is found. I know times are hard around the holidays, so no amount is too small.
