My Brother's Suboccipital Craniectomy Surgery

My brother is a 34-year-old single father who is suffering from brain swelling and has a possibility of compressing his brain stem if not decompressed immediately. The surgery has a high risk of multiple complications and it would be great if anyone would be able to help him. This would give him a chance to be able to see his children grow up and chance to live a fruitful life.
