Mahmoud is suffering from severe malnutrition, and we do not know the cause. He needs to be evacuated for surgery to determine the underlying reasons. His food intake is minimal, and he constantly complains about his intestines and frequent visits to the bathroom. His malabsorption test results were abnormal, and the doctor recommended surgery to uncover the cause. However, in Gaza, there are no adequate healthcare services. I am even afraid to proceed with any medical intervention here due to the lack of hygiene and the severe pollution that has plagued the region for the past year and a half.

We lost our home, which my father was preparing for us to live together as an extended family. Now, it is nothing more than a crumbled piece of biscuit, completely destroyed.

It became clear that he had a problem with his digestive system, so the doctors urgently asked for an endoscopy because before the endoscopy they had decided on a diet and other advice, but none of them produced any results with my young son.

Then the war came and we could not do anything for my son. I think he is in poor health. my child very thin body and I try to feed it, but without results.
