Hi, , my name is Rami Al-Wadiya. I’m From Gaza, I am a father of four wonderful and distinguished children. My daughter, Donia, is 13 years old, in the seventh grade, and the other is Zeina, 11 years old, in the fifth grade. My handsome son’s name is Imad, 10 years old, in the fourth grade, and my youngest, Tamim, is four years old by the way before the war began on 10/7, we were planning to prepare a wonderful party for the birthday of my spoiled little one. Unfortunately, listening to the music turned into hearing the sound of missiles and terrifying explosions. It was a very terrifying and sad day for us

The months we spent in the war were hell for my children. The situation became unacceptable and inhumane. In Gaza, death is every where especially when my wife was hit in her face during our displacement. She was hit by small shrapnel in her cheek, affecting her fifth nerve, causing her to lose feeling permanently . We lost our homes, money, jobs, our most valuable things.
The war stole my dreams and the future of my children, which I was striving to build for them. A painful future awaits them. I see it in their sad eyes. It was targeted. The occupation occupied their schools, which are their second home, and they forcibly left their pen and book. My children were deprived of attending their schools since the war on Gaza began. They are now experiencing a great psychological shock. The war stole my children’s future and dreams and deprived them of education. At the end of each year , my children receive certificates of appreciation and distinction from their peers, and they have many of them.
Finally, we were able to save our souls from this crazy war by paying the coordination of the Egyptian side $5,000 for each elder in the family and $2.500 and a half for each child. I borrowed the money to save us from friends and family and pledged to return it Now we are without money . We are now outside Gaza.
The money will be spent as follows Educating four children, Saving a house Providing a small business project Living needs .
I face many challenges to provide a home, provide education, pay a big debt and provide a decent life The days pass here, but my children live every day in a state of frustration and despair. They are now locked in the house, lost without a goal and a future. My children miss their school bag very much and wish to return to school to complete their education. My children ask me that often. But I stand helpless, with my hands folded, and I cannot do that. Donate me to build a new future away from the war outside Gaza.
